Business Contacts vs Contacts

Why can't I "Create New Contact From Same Company" in Business Contacts but I
can in "Contacts"? that doesn't make any sense!

In BCM, you can "almost" accomplish the same by creating an Account and then
creating a Contact using the "Add" & "New" buttons under the "Business
Contacts" section of the Account view. This copies all the "Account"
information into the new "Contact"
