I installed Business contact manager some time back and a few few days ago
the toolbar simlpy disappeared - I must have done something I know, but even
a full uninstall and reload doesn't bring back the toolbar.
I managed to load SP1 for Business Contact Manager, so it must still be
intstalled somewhere - as confirmed by the add/remove components window, but
no toolbar anywhere - even the contact folder doesn't show my "business
contacts" anymore.

....help

Is it in Help, About, Disabled addins?
