I am setting up the Business Contacts Manager Add-on of Outlook 2003 for a
small enterprise. For the moment this will work in a single computer. Is
there a way, if needed later, to handle the BCM in a multi-user environment
with the help of an Exchange Server (like a public folder)?

No, BCM is strictly a single-user tool.
