Business Contact Manger error in Outlook 2003

When I try to open Outlook 2003 this error message comes up:
Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The error report gives:

Error Signature:
EventType:bcm P1: mapi P2: typeintializationexception P3: 1.0.2002.1 P4:
11.0.8313 P5:nativemsproviderinit P6: ctor P7: 9984089e

After trying to install a detect and repair it just recycles through the
same sequence.
Any experience of this error and a solution??
