Business contact manager won't install

On a working system, BCM files were shared. Then the BCM data files were
moved. Then they were put back. BCM stopped working and would not load. I
uninstalled BCM. That corruped the Profile in Outlook. Created a new
profile and all is well. This is happening on a client computer on a Small
Business Server system 2003 r2. Now when I start outlook it runs the BCM
install wizard. If I try to install, it corrupts the profile again. I need
to install BCM and restore the data from backup.
Can anyone help with this.
