Hi, we enter tasks in a business contact as a history item. we would then
like to go to the task list and see all the tasks and who they are linked to.
for example user 1 will go to a business contact, enter a task for customer
1 in customer 1's history close the business contact page and then go to the
task list and then see all the tasks and see who the tasks are 'linked to'
i.e. customer 1.
the problem is in the task list we can not see which task is for which
customer. ideally we would like to see the customers address details in the
reading pane as well.
can anyone help?
