Am using Outlook Business Contact manager with SP1. Am trying to aggressively
use it to track my business development. I am tryint to use tasks to set
reminders for follow-up phone calls on leads. However, each task I create for
a contact does not automatically connect back to the contact from where the
task was created. I have to manually make the connection. This is tiresome.
Ideally, when I open a task created by using Business Contact manager, it
should allow me to connect back directly to the associated business contact
or account.
