Business Contact Manager Setup hangs

Hello,
As with many others I am having similar problem trying to Load business
contact manger during the setup it hangs at about 60%. I then have to cancel
the install or ctrl+ALt+Del to end it.
After this any future install halts mid way through and rolls back.
I have the following setup
Windows XP SP2 latest updates
Office 2003 Latest updates
Outlook 2003 Latest updates
I am using POP3 mail
I have tried KB 840018, KB831753 and 195566
The machine has fresh OS Only loaded about one month ago.
