I had to uninstall BCM and have tried to re-install it several times and
after the installation I can't figure out how to enable it and have it open
in Outlook. SQL is running and set to automatic and I don't get any error
messages. I think BCM is all there, I just need help with getting it to open
up in Outlook so I can use it.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hi

Can you go to file > data file managment > do you have BCM in the list if
not click on add and select BCM .This should associate BCM with Outlook

Thanks for the note. I found what I was looking for last night. It was
disabled inside the Help/About Microsoft Office Outlook/Disabled Items area.
Once I enabled it I was able to use it again. I had never seen this area
before so I didn't know it was there.
