Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003: anyone know how to get "Products" via MAPI?

I am trying to programmatically import\export data from Outlook 2003's new
Business Contact Manager.
Getting the Accounts, Business Contacts, Opportunities, and Business History
is not a problem because they are just Contacts, Tasks, and Journal items
with user-defined properties added. However, when you open an Opportunity
item in BCM you see a list of Products that are linked to that Opportunity
(there is also a separate master list of Products that are not linked to any
Opportunity). I would like to access these Product items via MAPI, but
don't know where to start. They don't seem to be linked to the Opportunity
IMessage item. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help,
