I have lost all of my accounts in business contact manager. I occasionally
get a warning that there was a serious fault and I should open outlook in
safe mode, but when I close and open again it always starts ok. I think it
was the same message this time but when I restarted all contacts had gone.
Please help

Thanks very much

What is the error in full?
Did the BCM addin perhaps get deactivated?

Note that there is a special newsgroup devoted to BCM.

Sorry really cant remember what the error was. Not sure what the BCM addin
is, BCM is working but is completely blank. Where would I look to see if it
has been disabled?

Where is the "special newsgroup devoted to BCM"? I cannot load my Office Pro
2003 with OUTLOOK and BCM onto my new Vista Home Premium 64-bit computer. I
am only using BCM on the single computer. However, nothing from Microsoft
(their 'answers' to incompatibility problems) works, even though Microsoft
clearly states that MS Office Pro 2003 *is* compatible with Vista Home
Premium 64.
