Today when i started my computer, BCM would not load. I have shut down twice
to no avail. I have also moved all the sql related services to automatic and
that did not help. (It has been working for more than a year).

Outlook 2007 with BCM.

Have you tried clicking on File, New, Outlook Data File. See if BCM is listed
there, if it is click on it so that it will load again. You can always choose
an old database so that you won't lose any information.

No,it isn't right.Old database isn't being loaded

Not much help

the databaser is loaded and in the profile. It is just that BCM itself is
not loading.

In the Windows Registry check:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
\Microsoft.BusinessSolutions*.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.3
The value of LoadBehavior should be 3 for Outlook to load it.
