Business contact manager will not load, OSE turned off by AVG

AVG Antivirus Grisoft (and others) turn off OSE.EXE. It can be turned on
manually, but I am sure there is a way to put a command in for Outlook to
open OSE.EXE while Bus Contact manager opens and then close OSE again. Any
help out there?
