Outlook Business Contact Manager lacks 2 features that are very helpful in
standard Outlook Contacts.
1. Enable auto lookup of exising contacts by highlighting an email address
within and email and clicking on lookup contact.
2. Enable next item keys (down & up arrows) while looking at Business
Contact history items.
