I have just installed SP2 for 2003. Each time i try and load outlook I get
the above error message with the option to send an error to MS. The system
then goes into a loop of trying to load, crashing, loading in safe mode and
then creating an error report.

Is this a know problem ? Any suggest for resolving the problem ?

Hi Paul

What is the version of BCM that you are running ?Can you check if you have
..Net Frame Work 2.0 in add /remove program and i fyou do try uninstalling
the same.Also go to start > run > outlook /safe and see if it open fine.Hope
this helps
