Business Contact Manager has disabled my contacts folder

I installed the Business Contact Manager update, and I now get a message
every time I start Outlook 2003 that say the BCM was unable to complete a
task. I have the BCM toolbar and menu and can use the BCM, but I have now
lost the entire contents of my Contacts folder. I get a message when I
cleick on the folder - "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office
Outlook could not access the specified folder location." I also get a message
at times which states my personal folder could not be accessed because
another program may be using it.

Any ideas?? Thank you!
