My boss was trying to open her Outlook 2003 E-mail and this error message
came up.

Error Signature:
EventType:bcm P1: mapi P2: typeintializationexception
P3: 1.0.2002.1 P4: 11.0.8313 P5:nativemsproviderinit P6: ctor
P7: 9984089e

The it shuts down, wants you to send an error report or not and tries to
reopen in safe mode but can't! So then it want to install a detect and repair
but can't finish installing it?? Please help me I am at a loss!!
