After successfully installing BCM and the update version 2 i have outlook
running cached exchange mode, and when i connect to the database it sees it
but gives an error (operation failed an object could not be found) I have
installed it on several other machines and it works beautifully any
suggestions?

well i solved my own problem, this particular user has multiple inboxes in
her outlook profile so I had to delete the additional inboxes, connect to the
BCM database, and then re-add the additional inboxes and it works like a
jewel so thank you me
