I am unable to get my emails to link to business contacts
although all of the settings appear to be correct.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

i have a similar problem. all setting ok but nothing
happens. but i am trying to link emails to non original
recipients of the said emails. i tried to link the emails
from both within outlook mail and from within the
business contact manager where the emails are linked to
their original recipients. but i cannot link an email to
history of non original recipients of the said email (but
these non original recipients are existing business
contacts records). am i clear?

What happens when I try to link? Nothing happens.
It used to be a sporadic problem now it just won't link
the emails to the contact history, either automatically
or manually.
