Business Contact Manager does not complete setup

's Computer Specifications

After installing BCM and I start outlook the following happens
Finalising BCM Installation this does not complete and I get an error BCM
could not complete yor last activity please try again
Can anybody hel?

Try creating a new profile in Outlook and assocaiting BCM with the same
