When I get a lead in my inbox, I wish I could select from the menu/click icon
and create a new account or opportunity with the company/job title/phone
number/email address fields allready filled in. It's very time consuming to
do this manually. Also, I wish any subsequent emails from the afore mentioned
contact/domain would be automaticaly associated with the account/opportunity.
Also needs better integration with rules and alerts.
