I have installed MS Office 2007 Beta2 and Business Contact Manager 2007 Beta
2. But when I start outlook Business Contact manager does not load. I have
tried adding a Business Contact Manager Database from the Tools/Account
Settings/Data Files TAB but I get an error "The .DLL file for the information
service could not be loaded".

Can anyone help with this?

I also have the same problem. Tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling
BCM 2007 but still no avail.

What's the error?

no error. BCM just doesnt show on outlook

Hi,

I first loaded the Office Beta Technical Update. Then reloaded the Office
with BCM version when I realised it didn't include BCM.
When that installed, at the end, it said that a log file was not available
and for me to locate the source disk.

I didn't remove BCM when I installed it since I don't want to lose the data
that was previously in BCM. Since I have now updated Office with the
Technical Update, I am fearful that I will have lost my previous data - does
anyone know if I can find that now.
I still don't kow how to install BCM though as per the previos posts.

BCM uninstalls leave the data behind.

There should be a sql database mdf file in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Business Contact Manager
