Microsoft Windows XP Professional - Outlook 2003: When opening Outlook, BCM
is causing Outlook to generate "must close" error, which additionally causes
Outlook crash. The message generator causes crash loop. Can anyone help me
fix this?

You could uninstall BCM for Outlook 2007 SP2 by going to Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs (this applies to Windows XP so you need to work it
out for Windows 7).

After uninstalling BCM, check whether it is BCM that is causing the
problem. Have you got anything special in BCM that you can't afford to
lose? Uninstalling BCM will result in loss of your data so backup is
advisable here.

Not on Windows 7, so hopefully this will work. i, also, am not sure there is
any critical data in BCM. Given the way it is hog tied now, i may need to
sacrafice and move on.
