Business Contact Manager backup restore

I was running outlook 2003 with BCM on an XP machine. I was experiencing
computer problems and it crashed. I purchased a new machine, Vista 64 with
outlook 2007 & BCM. I am trying to restore the BCM backup from the XP
machine but it keeps telling me that I am not the data base owner. I
followed the directions in outlook help and made certain I am the
administrator on my new computer, but same issue.

Can anyone help?
