Business Contact manager & OL2003

I have recently got a new mobile given to me by my work. An O2 XDA Mini S. I
want to use business contact manager with my OL2003 but I understand that
windows Mobile 5 is not supported under with this version. Is there any way
of importing and sync'ing BCM with OL2003 with my new phone without me having
to upgrade to OL2007 and BCM 2007
