Periodically, I try to open a business contact, and get a
message that the "Custom form won't load..." followed by
a message "Array index is out of bounds." After that,
none of the BCM cards will open correctly. I shut down
Outlook and reopen; sometimes have to do it twice, and
everything works again. Any ideas what is wrong?

I am having the same issue & am beginning to regret that
I put it on my computer. I think there are many bugs
left in this program.
