When auto-linking, BCM double links many e-mails both as an e-mail and as a
business note (though the icon is still an e-mail). I think/guess this is
because it finds the e-mail address of the person lower in the e-mail chain
(it seems to only happen with e-mails with replies). But the items are
identical - the only difference is in one case you open it and it's a normal
e-mail, and the next you open it and it has "Note" above it in the frame.
This is unnnecessary: in general, an item should only be linked once, in this
case as an e-mail. Not a big deal, but it adds "noise" to the contact
history, takes some of the polish off BCM.
