Hi Rob
I was finally able to get a repro on the above mentioned error and these are
the steps that helped me resolve the issue.But before i proceed i want you
to search for the file irisms32.dll and go to properties and check the
version,if it says 1.00 that means you are running version 1.Download and
install BCM V2 from the following location
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
and check if it resolve the issue.
However if the file version says 2.00 go to add /remove program and hom
many version of Business Contact Manager are listed.In my case i had both V1
and V2.I
had to uninstall BCM V1 and did a reinstall of BCM V2 update and this helped
me resolve the issue
