Bus Contact Mgr and MSDE Install

The MSDE install portion of the BCM fails. Error log
shows the following as the last 2 lines.
2004-02-11 05:51:37.18 spid3 Warning: override,
autoexec procedures skipped.
2004-02-11 05:53:20.70 spid3 SQL Server is
terminating due to 'stop' request from Service Control
Manager.

I have attempted to clean the registry of references to
the SQL instance created, etc.

What is going on with the MSDE install?

Patricia, Yes I do have admin on Windows XP Pro.
