Captured a 3 Hour VHS Video to my Hard Drive and edited it ok but it comes
out as 12 Gig in size.
The only way i can fit it onto a DVD is to reduce the quality to 2300 kbps
which takes the size down to 4.3 Gig.
When i play it back on my DVD Player it is very Blocky and Jerky.

Any ideas how i can improve this ?
