I've created a powerpoint presentation and attached a sound track to it.
When i play back this presentation on my computer it's fine however when I
came to burn this presentation on a CD the music did burn with it. I'm a
very basic user so can someone explain to me how to use this in laymen's
terms?

What type of music file are you using? The easiest way, is to put the music
file into the same folder as your presentation before you insert it and then
copy both the presentation file and the music file to your CD. You might
want to look here at ways to make an auto run CD
