I have burned folders of pictures from My Pictures to a CD many times, but a
few days ago, I got a message saying "Windows encountered a problem when
trying to copy this folder. What would you like Windows to do?" My options
are Retry, Skip and Cancel, and Retry does not help. It gives me the same
message if I am trying to copy a single file or a folder. I have tried to
change the attributes by unchecking "read only", but that doesn't seem to
make a difference either. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks

Just to clarify...are you running Win XP?

Are you burning to a CD and not a DVD?
