Without a third party utility, WIn2K won't do anything to write cd-r or
cd-rw.
If you install roxio ezced creator (the one I'm familiar with), you can
format a cd-r with Direct-CD and use command line copy command to fill it.
I don't know how to eject the disc from the command line, or format it from
the command line.
