Burner problems

Hello to you, iv been unable to use my burner for a month or more now, when i
go to use it i click open disc but my drive then says there is no disc i have
found these ntuser video cd files 7 of them actually, i have sent them to my
recycle bin but am nervous about completely deleting them, do you think these
files are the reason i cant use my burner and is it ok to delete them
permanently i am not a real computer nerd yet but am getting there.
