Only if you download additional tools.

It's a command line program called cdburn

That's just the thing. But does it support WinXPSP2?

d.. Windows Server 2003 family
Note: The Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools are not supported on 64-bit

It;s best to have something like Nero Burning Rom. I slipstreamed XP and
SP2 using Autostreamer (free) and Nero

Not without 3rd party software. Nero, EasyCD etc.....
