burn cd backup

I need help. I want to backup a program on H drive by burning in to a CD on
E drive. Can anyone help me with that.

You cannot back up a program once it is installed. You need to back up
the installer executable that you downloaded from the Internet or have
the install program on CD/DVD.

If you need more specific information, please tell us what the name of
the program is and why the fact that it is on "H drive" - whatever "H
drive" is - is significant.
