buness contact management can not start

's Computer Specifications

with Outlook 2003 Prof. I installed BCM and "enabled" and restarted it but it
does not show BCM tool bar on the Outlook, meaning no change in program.

Hi

go to help > about Microsoft Outlook > disabled items and see if bcm is
present if so enable the same.Also go to file > data file managment > remove
BCM if present and adding a new BCM data base
