i would like to create a list starting at 10 and finishing 1.

Hi,

This can be done with SEQ fields. Before the first item in the list, type
the following.

=(11 - SEQ items)

Here the word "items" is an arbitrary identifier.
Next, select SEQ items and press Ctrl+F9. As a result, you should have the
following.

=(11 - {SEQ items})

Note that you do not type the curly brackets ({}). They are created by
pressing Ctrl+F9.
Now select the entire expression and press Ctrl+F9 again. As a result, you
should have the following.

{=(11 - {SEQ items})}

Now copy this field code and paste it before each of the other items in your
list and add a space between it and the text of the item in the list.
Finally select the whole list and press F9. At this point you can add
periods and tabs to achieve the desired alignment.
