We have a HR email address which is used in the recruiting of people.
Occasionally HR need to send individual emails back to each person that
applied for a job, telling them a common message.
How can I select a number of email and send a email to each, but have them
as individual emails not a group email. I have looked at the rules but it
doesn't quite cover what I want. Thanks for any help

Thanks Sue. Haven't gone through it all yet, but I am sure that some of this
stuff is what I need. If not I know the right book to buy.

Best of Luck
Tom
