bulk message to go into the inbox

's Computer Specifications

I am trying to allow my friends' email to go into my inbox. I have the inbox
set to block junk mail. Her emails always are pre set with (bulk) before her
email address and therefore go directly into junk. I have tried to
check"allow this recipient". Any suggestions

This is not Outlook's doing. She has a third party anti spam program running.
