It's strange. The bulk ink market seem to be ~50 times bigger in the US
compared to Europe.

The only matched bulk ink supplier that I have found in Europe that carry
both dye and pigmented inks is....
http://www.proprint.co.uk/ink.htm#Universal

Are they good?

Have you found any other?

www.tintendruck24.de sells inkTec for Canone BCI-3eBK as well as for
BCI-6BK. They sell small bottles (about 20-40 ml) for hp and Lexmark

Check e.g. http://www.rechargermag.com/suppliers2.asp?cat=S for others
.... I guess there are matching sites for Europe, too.

You don't say what printer, but specifically for Epson, there's
Permajet (www.permajet.com).
