Bulk emails through Outlook 2007

Please can anyone help before my business collapses.

In outlook 2007 there is no longer a facility to send an email to multiple
addresses from an outside source such as an Excel sheet.

You now have to cut and paste the email into Word and use the mailmerge
facility in Word.

HERE IS MY PROBLEM

When you then send the email via Word two files autimatically attach
themselves to the email called

themeManager.xml
colorschememapping.xml

because most servers block xml attachments I can no longer market my
services and am having terrible trouble getting new clients.

The files seem to be something to do with document themes in Word.

I have spoken to microsoft support on three occassions and they cannot help
me, even though this would seem to be a bad fault.

All help greatly accepted

As opposed to which version? Outlook always used the Contacts folder as the
source and didn't allow any external source; that always had to be done via
Word.

With the default settings there should be no such addition of attachments.
Do you perhaps have a theme selected as the default in Word?
Did you perhaps edit the HTML filtering options in Word?

Anyway, as the main troubleshooting needs to be done in Word, you're
off-topic for this newsgroup. There is a special Word newsgroup dedicated to
mail merges. I recommend that you try posting your issue there. Include
further details in exactly how you created your document which needs to be
merged, your modified Word settings which could be relevant to this issue
and further steps to reproduce your issue.

Um. Yeah you can. How are you trying to do it? Are you using a list in an
excel sheet as the data source in the mail merge? Or trying to use the old
"office envelope" feature that allowed you to send an excel sheet? The
office envelope is depreciated - if you want it, you need to add the Send to
recipient command to the quick access toolbar.
