This company uses aa accounting system with provision for bulk emails or SMSs.
When sending, Outlook brings up a window for each email or SMS, saying a
program wants to send through Outlook, Yes or No. How can I tell Outlook to
always accept?

Regards

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup.htm#sendkeys - try one of the
utilities listed there.

http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm may have additional information.
