I have about 700 email addresses and send out emails at least once each
month. My problem is that in Outlook I canot send more than 100 emails at a
time. This forces me to open sub-folders each with about 100 names - which
is cumbersome and time consuming.

Question #1: Is there any way to send all 700 at one time without having to
go through sub-folders?

Question #2: Many year's back, when using Eudora, I was able to insert
several codes into each email address. And by using one particular code, all
names that had that code in its address would open up intothe email that I
was sending. Is this possible in Outlook?

#2 - its been years since I used Eudora and I don't recall that feature so I
can only guess it’s the equivalent of a distribution list in outlook.

#1 Mail merge or use a utility that breaks up the mailing list. See

I think you'll find that's a restriction placed by your ISP to prevent
spamming, not one in Outlook.

You could approach your ISP to see if they would remove the restriction for
your account as long as you can prove you're not spamming! ;-)
