Bulk changing columns of folder & all its subfolders

Is there a way to change the columns in JUST ONE GO for a folder and
for all of its subfolders?

For example ... I might want to change the column width, column
order, etc to be different than the default for a particular folder
and also for all of its subfolders.

No. You can only adjust this for single folders.
Hold down CTRL and press the + key on the numeric keypad for to
optimize the size of the columns quickly.
