built-in Web cam stopped working after upgrade

I have a Toshiba Satellite A215-S4807 I upgraded to vista ultimate from home
premium. Now my built in web camera does not work. I get error message Webcam
driver open fail. Please restart Camera or computer. That didn't work.

's Computer Specifications

I have a built-in web cam. I have a Toshiba laptop using Vista Home Premium
and the camera ia Chicony USB 2.0. When I start the camera, I get the
message, "graph render fail" and no picture.
