Hello, I recently created images for the community college
I work for. I created several images for several
different brands of computer and had a few problems, which
I solved. The new problem I have is I'm getting a blue
screen on some of the systems during the initial boot up,
before mini setup starts running. This blue screen says
device_inaccessible, or something to that effect. I do
not have the BuildMassStorageSection in the sysprep.inf
file but my question is if I put it in there is there a
possibility it will solve the problem? I'm using sysprep
1.1.

It's likely that you will resolve the issue with this. What's going on is
Windows does not have the driver for the disk controller because it's not in
the image, so, it doesn't know how to boot. -
