hardware raid - depends if you have a raid card. if so, you could do it, but
would need to reinstall your OS after. no raid card, then no.
software raid - yes. you could do a raid 1. the second drive would have to
have everything off it, change both disks to dynamic then establish a mirror
i prefer hardware raid over software raid. i would only use software raid
under certain circumstances.
