Build .vbproj without VS.NET

Hi all!

I wrote a small program that builds .vbproj without VS.NET. It's
tested with my asp.net web application created in VS.NET 2003.

Executable:

http://aquila-deus.myweb.hinet.net/VBProjBuilder.vb

(The directory that contains vbc.exe needs to be put in PATH)
