How do I create a slide that, with each click, adds one element after another
(for example, successive bullet points)?

When using build slides with the Tile and Sub-title template, we have some
slides that do not have a Title. In the Slide Show, those slides start with
a blank slide and require a second click to show the text. Simply deleting
the Title box in the slide does not fix the problem. What is the work-around?
